23rd June 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: WSW Wind Stength: 20-25 knota Surf / Sea State: 1 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 14ºC Sea Temperature: 17ºC Weather: Cloudy Max Speed: Distance Covered: After a bit if a uni reunion and a pint in Clarach, the wind filled in so I went out dfor a windsurf here at Ynyslas. Nicely powered at first with the 5.7m, then well powered up as a few squals came through. Lots of nice jumps, nice wave rides and some lively gybes on the faces of the swell out the back. No one else around, but glad I left it until I did as the wind picked up from about 5.30pm onwards. |
